Default Cheap 45* elbows, anyone?

Was placing an order for 90 and 45 degree elbows today and I was wondering if anyone has tried cutting a 90* el in half to get 2 45* elbows? Someone please chime in before I submit my order.

what do you think?

I've never seen 45deg elbows for sale over here...so yes, I've taken 90degs and cut them in half, I dont see what the problem with that is.

I'm pretty sure acestainless sells 45's and also, I wasn't sure if cutting a 90 in half would yield the same length 45 or if itd turn out to a shorter length 45.. Ñoo I guess it's that time again?

if you have a manifold or manifolds that you want to reproduce very accurately then i would buy the 45's. if not then just cut the 90's.
