d16 swap to b18

Icon2 d16 swap to b18

im sure some one has asked but i can't find the answer. is it possible to swap a d16 motor with a b18 with out changing the transmission or should i change that too?

I can tell you haven't done much research. But anyways to answer your question...the transmission is attached to the motor, it comes out with it. And you will need a b-series transmission to match with that b18.

d series trannies do not fit b series. they are two different models of engine.
