Default Stiffer Springs for my 4dr 08 Civic ?

Hey guys, I recently picked up a 2008 Civic and really enjoy driving it. I wanted to set it off a bit so I picked up a set of 17 black 5 spoke wheels and some nitto neo-gyn tires which are a 215/45/17. The problem I have is when Im driving and I hit a bump or even a slight dip in the road, my tires rub the top of the fenders. I was wondering if someone could help me out and tell me what I should do and if I should get stiffer springs. Any help would greatly be appreciated!!

Thanks,

Hutch

I take it you have a either and ex or lx. I'd suggest getting the si suspension, or if you're not looking to lower your car much go with the hfp full suspension specific for your car.

You should get wheels that have the correct width and offset for your vehicle.

^ +1 Too aggressive of offset or too wide of wheel will cause rubbing. Suspension won't help much, will worsen if it you lower it.
