Default ticking noise

When ever I put load on the engine I get a rapid and audible ticking noise. It sounds like the valves but could it be anything else? Its like a constant chatter but not like a loud tapping, could they be out of spec only a little.

lol someone was like "its knock! Your engine's toast! Sell it to me." Last time I did a valve adjustment one was a little out and it sounded like this (sort-of).

Don't forget - An exhaust manifold gasket will cause a ticking (can get pretty loud) if it is leaking. Sometimes, it won't be audible at idle, but when the engine starts moving air, exhaust pressure climbs and makes anything from a ticking to an outright pfftt - short, but intense puff.

I put a new gasket on last night lol. I did a valve adjustment and it still ticks. It only does it between 2k-3.5k with a bit of load. I can only hear it inside the car and not outside eve nwhen it is driving buy me. I think it might be the header. The primaries where supposed to slip on but I had to bump them out for that to happen and now theres a bit of a gap. What could I fill that with?

Whe nadjusting valve lash you want the lobe completely off the rocker? So ignore the notches?
