Idle probs
My engine is revin it self while the engine is cold. Its revin at 1800 and going down and back up slightly. Completely stops when the engine is warm.
I noticed this problem after i had the rebuild, maybe something wasnt hooked back up the right way. I see a electrical clip thas not hooked coming from the harness that is connected to the IACV. Dont see where it goes, dont see it in haynes neither.

you see a plug thats not hooked up thats connected to the iacv??? hrmm... if you don't have any cel's, i'd say take apart the iacv (the end cap), twist the inside piece all the way in real tight, put it back together, problem should be fixed
and i guess you mean another iacv-style plug near the iacv plug on the harness... probably to the hvac or p/s pressure switch... nothin important. everybody either has that plug hangin there or they cut it off, lol.... BE VERY CAREFUL AND KNOW 100% WHAT IT IS BEFORE DOING ANYTHING

ur IACV should be behind ur IM or under the TB...find the thread on cleaning the IACV and clean it and see if that fixes the problem..also low coolant can cause idle fluctuating
yea im going to try cleanin the iacv. Too dark now. Yea theres plenty of coolant in there. Going to give that a go. Thanks for the help guys, anything else suggest to try if this fails?
