i m even running richer than you, stock engine, NA with bolts on. my bumper is caked with yellowish stuffs and i need to clay bar it after this summer.
mine is so strange, the richer i tune, the more power i got from my stock engine..........

Vtec at 5500 rpms along with a bit leaner of a tune would yield you some power :-)
Your actual a/f values are probably richer then the sniffer log.
13.0:1 is fine, you could play around with the a/f ratios a bit to see what yields the best burn on your plugs & makes the best power.
A chipped ecu on neptune, ectune, crome, hondata along with some camgears & some tuning would help you make a bit of power.
