those things are wild rides a customer of ours has a t3 turbo motor in one and its runs high 10's on street tires

 

my mind is more blown away by that convertible civic coupe in the background haha, nonetheless thats a sweet buggy.

damn we were trying so hard to make that event. went down south 2 weeks ago to build the motor & when we inspected the motor we found to much damage the the housings & had no choice to call it off. but its 4 the better, now we are going peripheral port & should get close to 1000whp scary thought

Thanks bro, the silver and black bug runs in the 10's....just been having some problems with it. Both rides should be at BOTI on April 18, 2009.

 

Thanks, I did everything myself from chassis up and stopped keeping track of money spent a long time ago.. I have seen them go for as much as $10,000 completed.

 

Was not able to get it tune in time for the event....Will definitely be at BOTI in April

I was having traction issues in 2nd/3rd gear so I didn't get any good passes in either lol @ video comments.

You guys should come down to the events in Lakeland 1/8mile events REALLY good pay outs and it's bracket . Alot of VW's are usually there even Fisher Buggie's car is out there.

 

Was definately cool to see. Like I said there. Must be fun to drive. Nice meeting you all
