Will a properly maintained d15b vtec (EG4 & EG8) pass the emissions test in Ontario? has anyone ever tried?

 

I don't see why not...I haven't tried though, no.

lol when i read the title i thought it was Ontario, California.

 

It should pass cause our drive clean program doesn't check under the hood. They run your vin pop it on the dyno and connect the exhaust sniffer.

If you're worried, get a bottle of "guranteed to pass" and run the car on the highway etc for approx 30-45 mins to get her nice and hot. You should pass fine... My EM1 with 3" CAI, headers, race cat and skunk2 exhaust passed.

 

i have a d15b non vtec and i pass the etest in ontario with flying colours!
but i replaced the catalytic converter, o2 sensor and air filter before the test
i also beat my car up for 10 minutes before i ran it so t was nice and hot
i also used that garenteed to pass stuff
