Came of a 99-00 Honda Civic SI

I bought this and now i dont need it. Comes complete with everything you need for a power windows change over.

both door lock actuators for power doors
both harness' that are in the doors
both power window regulators
mid harness that plugs into the fuse box & each door harness
the brain for the power door locks
