Default headlight harness burning

is it true that the 01-03 head light harness is likely to burn / melt?

I have plug and play HIDs hooked up with some ebay fogs.

i've had OEM acura TL HIDs wired straight to the stock headlight housing for 2+ years now, no issues.

someone will chime in and say not to do it that way but it's whatever. a relay harness is simple to make if you're worried and will cost you probably less than 10 bucks for a relay and wire.

no. it's too much current draw. you need to use relays.
