Default Tweaking the Rear Anti-Sway Bar?

I finally installed my ST Anti-Sway Bar this afternoon and it's great. But I was wondering a couple things...

You know the ball joints with screws? that connect the Bar to the Bracket on the Strut, how much should I screw them in or not? To the bar is level? Also there are 2 holes in that bracket, I used the top hole, what happens if I used the bottom hole? And also it said to put grease under the bushing, I lost the grease packet so I didn't do it. All I can imagine happening is it squeeks when I go up speed bumps. Should I try to find the grease and put it on?
