Are B16a1 IAC's and d16a6 IAC the same.. I have mass high idle 4000rpm!!

Are B16a1 IAC's and d16a6 IAC the same.. I have mass high idle 4000rpm!!
Does anyone know if they are the same because the b16a1 IAC has two holes on it and the one hole is smaller then the other one. The d16a6 IAC has two holes which are exactly the same. Will this d16a6 IAC be an OK replacement for my b16a one?? And will this fix my high idle problem..??? Or any other ideas why my idle is so high.
