Honda reveals S2000 Ultimate Edition
"the new S2000 Ultimate Edition will go on sale in Europe this March but unfortunately there are no plans to bring it Stateside"
They make it seem like coming in GPW is something special.
Basically it's a standard S2000 with a special # plate, a hardtop, CR wheels, black CR emblems, an old school honda emblem above the S2000 emblem, clear CR side markers, a CTR shift **** (just like the CR but red) and a red stitched shift boot.
It does not even come standard with the front lip... Just seems like a way for Honda to get rid of some extra parts and add some markup for something that will be limited quantity.

Those are both options that can be added easily by the dealer. Basically I don't think they wanted to make it too expensive. To be honest, I am not 100% sure you have to get the hardtop with it. From my understanding Honda has already stopped producing the factory hardtops. When there gone, there gone!!!
