I am removing my rear wiper on my 95 Integra right now and have gotten to the point where the wiper arm bolt is off, but I can't seem to pull the arm off the assembly. I am pulling pretty hard too. What am I doing wrong?

Here is the trick..

LIFT the wiper arm up (like you are washing the window)

Pull the base.. Straight UP, off the glass.. might have to wiggle it a little.

Oh.. make sure you unbolted it first..heh

But....It still won't come off. It is unbolted, I am pulling straight up very very hard and still it does not even budge. Any one ever have this happen? What the H am I doing wrong?!?

 

Yea, I had the same problem when taking mine off. I had to work at it for about 5 mins. I guess b/c it had been on there for so long that it was kind-of stuck. Just keep working at it by wiggling it, but make sure you do not damage the glass.

 

WOOHOO!

I finally got it off. That was entirely way too difficult. I ended up using a fairly large flathead screwdriver and wedged it beneath the end opposite the arm where there is a little indent. I then placed my hand under the end of the screwdriver and pulled up really hard. Thanks for all the help.
