I've been thinking of getting the turn signal side mirror covers for a 09 Fit. The one's I'm looking to order are Honda parts with two wires coming off the lights.

How would I install these? I asked someone and they said I'd need to remove the door panels, run the wire through the firewall and then hook them directly to the turn signals. Is there an easier way to install these on a US Fit?
