You're asking in the wrong place, buddy.

 

Marren Fuel injection sells un-machined fuel rail material by the foot. If you buy something like that. And then take it and all your measurements to any machine shop they could drill and tap it out for you.

Or you could get Marren to make one up for you. They may even have something off-the-shelf that would work with what your using.
