I have a 5th gen civic and I am doing Ls vtec. What ecu should i use with a b16a head? What would i use with a b18c1? Could I use a stock ecu from a Gsr with the b18c1 head? Or do I have to get one chiped/programed? Any help would be great. Thanks.

 

its in your best interest to get one chipped and tuned.

 

chipped and tuned is the ONLY way. there is no stock ecu that will run your car the proper way. yes, people have ran a stock one. but every one will blow up at some point.
