You need to decide if this is going to be a daily driven, track, or autocross car. Then you can decide on what setup would work best for you. I myself have the ground control coilovers and koni setup for my daily driver. Pricey but worth ever penny.

I would go with Neuspeed springs and Tokico shocks. For the spring and shock combo.

If you only have $300 your only option is autozone stock replacement style shocks with some $100 springs like Tein or the like. Can't do much with $300 bones. My recommendation, save some money, and get it right the first time around!

The 91 EX I parted out this week had some brand new KSport springs on stock struts. It looked like this:

I never drove it so I have no idea what they feel like. You can get KSports pretty cheap new on-line.

You can get mine even cheaper since I probably wont use them on my wagon. Shoot me a PM if you're interested.

When I was on a super tight budget I went with Skunk2 springs for 150 shipped plus AGX shocks for 300 shipped...cheapest decent setup I have ever had but would recommend Koni/GC, far superior.

Nice and clean CRX...I was very satisfied with my Skunk2 springs but it looks like yours sits about .75 inches lower than mine. Looks good!

KYB GR2 struts are pretty decent, I wouldn't go much more than 1.5" though. For springs, pick whatever (not Ebay though), most of the name brands will give you a decent ride and look. I had Suspension Techniques and they kicked ***, but you can't find the anymore.
