broke from the hangar now my car sounds like a subaru

 

thats why I always recommend cutting the hanger off... that sucks

 

dc header sucks *****.....waste of money I know trust me! You should get Buddy Club

 

So now it sounds like a Subie... not a total loss haha. I had a old little sohc eg that had a clogged cat that sounded like a freakin' built WRX haha people would always say, holy crap what are you runnin'? haha.

 

Just get it welded again or cut it off, not really needed

Just skip the header next time and go straight to a log turbo manifold....like me!

 

mine is cut off...if you dont cut it off, it usually leads to this happening

 

Well I thought DC Sports would have the damn hangar to prevent the header from breaking elsewhere. I'll keep it running like this until I can get a deal on a buddy club one I have seen some go for 500$ used.

 

why would you buy a used one for 500 when a new one is 800? the only way i would buy a used one is if it was less the half the price new, if not its not worth it. thats just my .02

Defiantly broke the hanger on mine as well. Then the flex pipe ripped completely off when i was 150mi away from home...Had fun with that for a week until the new flex pipe piece came in. If i were you i would spend the extra 130$ on the ingalls stiffy, made a huge difference all around on my car and now my header dosnt meet the floor board every time i reverse!

 

this is why you don't reinstall the rubber hanger
