Am I the only one that has issues installing this bar?
I have searched around and haven't found much literature.
my issue is that the bar will not slide all the way up to the holes where the seat belts are bolted into. the bar stops wanting to move about an inch below the holes( where it is meant to bolted in). has any one else had these issues; any resolutions?

 

so no one has had this issue before?

if its an Ebay bar you might just have a defective one...... heard horror stories but myself i made my own......
