what i didnt like was how small an area there was to weld. it doesnt seem like enough contact area to attatch well. but then again im not sure really how much force that area will take.

Don't cheap out on suspension components. Don't "slam", "dump", "drop till you scrape" your vehicle and these pieces aren't necessary. Aftermarket suspensions were designed to outperform.
im not dropping it at all. i went to get an alignment and they said i needed it. it has integra springs/struts and i guess it sits a lil lower. they told me it wasnt off my too much but worth fixing.

Don't buy the silver ones. I bought a set and the damn bushings separated from the arm. They lasted about two months. Just keep your stocks and add some washers behind the arm where it bolts to the frame. Save your money
its def sits lower than any stock eg hatch ive seen. also differant year integras in the same generation sat lower than others and had differant height springs.

An Integra is heavier than any 92-95 Civic hatchback, so if you have a 5th gen hatch and you put Integra springs on it, the car WILL sit higher. If your car is lower than stock, then I'm fairly certain you do not have 3rd gen Integra springs on it.
Unless you have positive camber (dangerous), then I wouldn't worry about the camber at all, unless the camber is due to bent/damaged suspension components. In either case, I wouldn't bother with adjustable camber arms. I would either just get an alignment and not worry about negative camber (if all your stock suspension arms are good); or fix whatever is bent/damaged, and then get it aligned.
sorry i was wrong its not the year that matters. but there are differant springs. look up the part numbers. at least the 94 4 door gsr has differant springs....but whatever springs i have, theyre oem honda and the car sits lower than stock.

Do your REAR springs happen to look like this (bottom spring) with spots of blue, purple, and green paint on them? If so, they're ITR springs.
Top spring is a stock non-R rear spring.
