Starting issues!!!

Starting issues!!!
Ok, for some time now I have been having some starting issues. I could start my car fine right now, but when i go to start the car tomorrow it won't start. To prevent this I have to
disconnect the battery.
Now when I go to start it and it won't start, i have power. My lights work fine, not to mention I have no radio or any other accessory that pulls power. I have used my voltage meter and I'm able to read 12v from my ignition switch to the starter and distributor. Everything reads fine.
So i was wondering, can it be my ECU? I have a OEM JDM P30. I'm not sure if there is a difference between USDM or JDM ones.
