Yuck! That's exactly what happened to my car. The bushing on your front sway bar wore down (looks like it's gone) hence the metal to metal contact when you are going up/down curvers or turning hard. If the bushing is gone completely you'll need to go to Acura and order a front swaybar bushing which will cost approximately $60-70. It's nothing serious though, but it sucks because you have to buy the entire piece when you really only need a small portion. If you need any help IM me.
try http://www.acuraautomotiveparts.net as well..
You could probably get Energy Suspension or Prothane bushings for real cheap and that might be all you need. I'd look into that. My '90 teg bushing kit came with everything to connect my swaybar to the LCA but it might be different than yours.

EXACTLY what happened to me as well. That endlink joint is about 70-90 bucks too from Honda. HAP Recycling has the entire swaybar setup with the links, bushings etc for about the same price, used of course.
I replaced mine, and replaced the bushings with urethanes. You can get these for about 10 bucks a set with washers. What an amazing difference they make! Sorry about your misfortune - it's the damn potholes!

damn that is crazy...i've never seen that happen before. is your car oversteering at all? there was never anything really bad before, just a bit of knocking on hard turns or bumps. however i was driving around today, took a pretty hard curve and i heard a wierd rubbing/grinding noise. i lifted up my car to do an oil change, looked around and noticed the part looked broken. after i finished the oil change and took it down, i couldn't drive the car for a second without a constant knock knock knock. then i posted here and asked for some help
I had the same thing happen on my wife's GSR. There's nothing you can do, just replace the endlink. I'm eventually gonna replace those with some tie-rod type end links with some spherical bushing on the top end.
