i have a '90 civic that that cel stays on. checked two main relays and they test good, soldered all the joints anyway on both (have done this before to fix a civic) i have no power at the fuel pump. i checked continuity from the relay to the pump, both wires are good. also the relays chatters when i turn the key to the second position for a second. whats up with this thing?
