Default my honda doesnt start

I replaced the head gasket on my 96 accord because the gasket had a cracked between 3 and 4. put it all back together and it doesnt start. I check all the normal things. It has injector pulse, fuel pressure, good compression and spark. I tested the coil and the distributor(icm) and found no problems. Any ideas will help!

Cranks but won't start? or
Won't crank. (period)?

Camshaft / Timing 180 degrees off?
You should (at least) pull the upper belt cover and confirm everything's phased correctly.

It cranks a good stron crank. I triple checked the timing. It has 165 on compression. It has injector pulse on all of the injectors.

if you say you have spark and fuel, compression or timing could be the only options....recheck your timing.

its possible, but if it ran before the repairs its unlikely....double check for spark, fuel, compression, and timing.

I tested the coil and the resistance was with in specs. I tryed another distributor i had and that wasnt it. The spark is a bright blue color. Compression is 165 and i have had 3 other mechanic friends look at it and they said the timing is perfect. Im so frustrated with this car!!!!!!!!

I am 100% that the timing is on. I have access to alldata and also had a couple of my mechanic friends come and look at it and they said it is dead on. Fuel is at 39 psi. Has injector pulse on all injectors. Has spark. double checked and triple checked all items. Im thinking it might be the pcm. Anymore iteas other than pcm?

If it was the pcm would it still have spark at the plug??? How hot did it get when it overheated? I had a toyota camry get really really hot and it would not start after it was fixed, until I had the entire wire harness in the engine bay replaced. Just something to think about. Timing being off 180 degrees would be my next guess but you state it is on perfect. Your have fuel and you have spark and 165 psi compression. Man what else could it be?
