Every how many miles should you do one?

 

You're going to get a lot of different numbers. Look in the manual and decide for yourself. I do it around 75k.

 

I do mine every other oil change... but I'm running synchromesh and a new LSD

 

75k worked for my k20a3 tranny and my k20a2 tranny. No grinds with either.

But if I had a LSD, I'd probably be motivated to do it more often too. lol

 

oh alright cause im running redline on my tranny but i think its almost been 20,000 miles cause someone told every 20,000 miles change it but im not sure im trying to get a good answer on how every so often should i change it?

 

i changed mine at 30k on the car
it depend how you drive the car if you put performance mods on it and race it alot i would think you would want fresh tranny fluid

 

I do it every 2nd oil change... so it helps with my 3rd gear grind... damn you Honda!!! lol
