Anyone daily drive with Wilwood brakes?
They dont have dust boot/seals so I am curious to know if anyone is using them for daily commute, if so, how long have you been running them, and have you had to rebuild them during this time?
Yes, I've been running them for two-three years without any issues. I have the odler style without the seals but the newer style comes with them. The only thing I can recommend is getting some non-track pads for street use. Once I got a good way into pad wear with the Wilwood pads, the dust and NOISE was unbearable at slow-speed stops. Read: everyday traffic.I'm currently running the EBC Red Stuff pads after upgrading from the Green Stuff. I like the Greens but they wore too quickly.

I had the old ones with no seals a couple years ago. I had them for two years and never rebuilt them. I did notice after the first winter they made a lot of creaking while coming to a stop. The new ones are nicer.
