i would like to know whats the difference between Closed Deck vs Semi Closed Deck vs Open Deck Blocks for a b series, whats best for boost, and whats best for NA? thanxs

They have all been proven to work, contact your builder or tuner and take the recommendations from them. If you trust them, take their advice to whatever products they feel comfortable working with. If you dont trust what they say, then find new people to work with. Everyone has there own thoughts on topics like this but like i said, they have all been proven. There is no need for the "this guys **** sucks and this is why this guys **** is better" They all work, golden eagle, z10, AEBS benson, darton, erl. You cant go wrong with any of them. I use and sell aebs, that what i feel comfortable working with and they dont let me down.
