Lightened flywheel on turbo gsr motor

Lightened flywheel on turbo gsr motor
I was wondering if its ok to put a Jun ultra light flywheel on my turbo gsr crx? I heard this helps in reducing turbo lag. Any help would be apprciated. Thanks.
