Default catch can set-up

i'm currently working on my catch can set up and i'm looking for the vents for the back of the block endyn sells a kit wich i already bought and ended up selling but i need the fittings that come with there kit does anyone kno where i can get these

z-10 sells the fittings, and so does jeese at AFI.

i belive this is the right model. They came on the old preludes and here is the link from honda. Very hard to see and make out the numbers. Im sure someone can chime in and get you the part numbers..looks like it may be number 4 & 16

one more qucik question i'm gonna be running a vented valve caver as well my old setup had both front and back vented but it got kinda crowded is it ok to run just either front or back or is it better off to run both of them

Regarding the valve cover the front bungs are usually baffled.
