How good is the s372 and how much hp is it good for??
Experiences with this turbo, im looking to get about 700 to 850 hp to the wheels i think i have the right set up but im debating in wich turbo i should get. Well thx in advance.
Works well for its purpose, and a great price it can't be beat. It can easily make over 850whp, but please don't ask about spool, please.. it's a race application, and if its for a honda, than its going to be late, period.

its not as late as you would think. on my car in 4th gear i can see 50psi by 6k rpm. 3rd gear is usually a little before 7k.

WELL... IT IS FOR A RACE CAR, MY MOTOR IS A GSR BLOCK, DARTON SLEEVES, (STOCK STROKE) 84.50 BORE, CP PISTONS, EAGLE RODS, B16 HEAD (PORTFLOW)GSR CAMS . RC 1000cc INJECTORS, ETC.
AND THATS MY MAIN CONCERN (SPOOL TIME) MY OTHER OPTION WAS A GT37 (DBB) BUT I DONT THINK THAS ENOUGH FOR MY HP GOALS... SO MY NEXT OPTION IS THIS (S372).

with your parts list i'd probably look more into a S366.
your going to need a lot more injector, and a big fuel system to go with it. for what its worth, i run (2) 1050cc injectors per cylinder (8 total) with my S372

why are you worried about spool on a drag car?
sorry it is 2 per cylinder, i was thinking at first to go 1600cc (4) but i dont know if its enough either, the fuel system i think is big enough (aeromotive).

do u guys think that 1600cc injectors are not big enough?? because i have two options on the management system (hondata and haltech) i dont think u can run 8 injectors with hondata...

1600s have alot but to fully exploit the s372 and having a more precise control, the 8 injestors would be that way to go.and no you cant run 8 on hondata.

The S372 will make the power you want, but will your setup hold that kind of power? I notice you're using Eagle rods...nothing against them as a product, but they aren't exactly rated for 800+whp appliactions...
