It's not welded on, since I've seen many Si's without those bolts. But, you'll have to get it out from after removing the tires and from the wheel well.
thanks for ur info .. i guess i will buy 2 bolts to replace it so i need to take it out my wheels and then use hammper knock the bolt out? ? from under the car? or on top of the bolt?
Just locate another one of those bolts and use the nut to draw it in.
that wut i am doing now .. and i am runing the spoon bar also but just want to run the OEM bar on reverse side
What are you trying to say here?
You're running two front strut bars?
yea i am runing 2... one it's Spoon front tower bar and the one it's OEM but i am runing OEM must use the other side to mount it or else it doesn't fit
and i break the OEM bar's bolts

Stop trying to run two strut bars.
That's why you're breaking parts.
It's your car's way of trying to tell you something.

Dude, stop with the 2 strut bars already. Way overkill. It's not like the front tub of the R is some sloppy, flimsy piece of **** that going to flex all over the place.
