Metallic sound
a metallic hitting sound while driving at slow speeds or fast n hitting small pot holes or anything bumpy in the road

Metal/Metal can give you anything from a 'tink' to a "clang" to a "knock" sound, and they are surprisingly predictable (to the trained ear)
Hint; as the metal piece gets larger its "sound" (frequency) gets lower.
Considering all the other issues you've got going, I'd take a quick look at such things as
Missing sway bar bushings
Misaligned exhause system
Motor Mount issue

i replaced the end links because it was time, it had cracks n it was loose, i replaced the right knucle because a alignment tech told me it was bent, i replaced the front rear crossmember, the rack pinion, i still need some work on it lol something with the brakes, while braking it makes a noise well only on small hills or high
