Icon2 What's the difference between these struts?

I just bought the front and rear struts from a 93 Del Sol the only thing is the two front struts have different serials....one says 51602-SR3-B020-M1 and the other one says 51601-SR3-B020-M1...What's the difference between these struts?

Also before I put them on,will they fit well since their from a del sol and will the lower control arms from the del sol work on my car(93 civic sedan)?

51602-SR3-B020-M1 is for the driver side
51601-SR3-B020-M1 is for the pass side.
As for the lower control arms, the '93 DelSol S has the SAME lower arms as the '93 4dr DX, LX, and EX. The '93 DelSol Si lower arms are different part#s.
