I had a problem with my front turn signals which turned out to be the right front signal had one of the two filaments in it broken. If you are having problems with all of them, including hazards, may be a fuse or the turn signal switch itself.
Don't forget to check the connection to the switch for example on the 94-97 accords, if you dont plug in the Dimmer Switch next to the Sunroof button or is it the hazard switch that needs to be plugg in?? lol but anyways, if those are not connected then no hazard or turn signal will work unless you plugg it in. I don't know if the 2000 Accord have this switch but its one of the switch that needs plug in. Just an idea for you to check.
Ok Anyone Please Help? I have a 97 Accord SE. I had the front right turn signal bulb burned out and the rear right turn signal was flashing really fast when i tried to change the front bulb. i had the turn signal on and i used the wrong bulb and it flashed once and all turn signals went out. now no turn signals are working. i have the right bulb in place now and only the hazards work when turned on. i have basically tried 3 things. i have replaced the flasher relay to no avail, i have changed the turn signal switch and the new one did not turn the turn signals on and i have also checked the fuse which seems alright. Please what else can i do. I need to fix this before i cause an accident. I am hoping that somehow i got a bad replacement turn signal switch which is why the replacement did not work. I need steps to check exactly what could be wrong. Any and every help appreciated.
Also, if it helps, my wiper switch is also slow in responding on the int and only works on level 2 and 3. dont know if this has anything to do with it.

well, ive kinda had the same problem with my three hondas ive had. 2x when i added a stereo system and once when i change my gauges. i burned a fuse for the dimmer that is inside the hood fuse box, i think it was a 15 gauge fuse. and another thing, the hazard light switch my be out or not connected. check those two things CJEANC and D koschak and that should solve your problem.
