FS: 2002 Civic Si " Panda " Hatchback (EP3) with K20A2 swap an JDM extra's

Ok, the time has come to sell my hatch. It has been my project for a year now, and now that its complete, I just want to move on. The car itself has 91k on it, while the motor only has 52K. The transmission was rebuilt by clubRSX and now has around 1200 miles on it. Shifts are flawless. Ill prolly regret selling it if someone does buy it. But any way heres the list of mods. Yes the price is 10000 , no low ballers!

Interior

The inside of this car is very clean. Original seats down to the headunit. The OEM SI floormats are stain free and extremely clean, same goes for the carpet. I am a non-smoker so the interior is very clean and fresh. Only mods are:

S2K Engine Start button
Buddy Club Shift know (stock inc)

Complete JDM front end:
Front bumper
Front Lip

K20a2 Swap out of a 2002 RSX-S (Papers Inc) Swap Done Pro. by First State Motorsports
Exedy Stage 1 Clutch and Flywheel
Injen Cold Air Intake (brand new K&N filter)

History: Car has been very well maintained, lots of parts have been replaced with new ones. Just had 4 brand new tires mounted and balanced, new windshield, new brakes all the way around, new axles, new spark plugs, new rear main seal. Im sure theres more im forgetting.
