Looking for a fixer-upper...blown HG, blown trans, broken t-belt, whatever. Show me what you've got...My budget is $500-$700. MUST have clear title. I WILL check the VIN before buying, so if that's a problem, don't even bother.
Located in PA, about an hour north of Philadelphia, 18901.
