OK so here goes my story:

I own a b16a crx , due to engine/transmission complications i decided to swap in a mintier b16a motor/J1 trans. Just recently i finished my swap, checked EVERYTHING and fired her up.. everything seemed normal, i checked everything over countless times, and got my crx ready. When i drove it out of my block, it felt like the same day i got the car, everything in normal working condition etc, but than..

The throttle response was weird, now.. i was not just reving my engine trying to get into gear and move, i was moving. As i went to shift from 1st - 2nd everything was fine, but when i shifted from 2nd - 3rd my rpms dropped, almost stalled and i couldn't get into gear for my car to move. Even though i went into 3rd gear, my car would just rev like it was in neutral, i lightly applied pressure to the gas pedal and got nothing, kept trying untill i finally got the car to move and park it.

I didn't want to stall the car on purpose but then i tried it, i put it into first (parked) tried to launch at 1500 rpms, and got nothing.. so i let off the clutch pedal as i was still at 1500 rpms, my car didn't stall.

I played around with the clutch cable, and throttle cable but still couldn't launch, i checked the linkage/shifter and everything seemed up to par, but my car STILL will not launch/move.

So basically what i'm asking out of honda-tech is:

What should i check for?
Has anyone experienced this before? if so.. what did you do?
What do you think it is?

I've been told it could be the intermediate shaft? I've replaced the passenger side axle.. anyone? link me.. something!

 

Ok well i guess i have one lonely case here.. I figured it was the wrong type of VSS in my transmission, my axle was not in place correctly therefore not spinning the wheels, Now it seems like i have some kind of shaft (gold) inside the shaft where the axle goes into the transmission for the VSS, only problem is.. it won't move! any help here guys?
