I got a pm6 ecu for a mannual tranny but i run a automatic tranny. Will it throw a code if i run it in my car?

The manual PM6 will not run an automatic transmission.

It will run normal but you will not get torque convertor lockup so your fuel economy will suffer..might overheat the trany fluid.

the ps9 as was said. curious though. if you don't have a 90-91 ex sedan, what are you running the automatic d16a6 in?

yup! I tried selling mine for $80 at one point when I needed money, **** that, I'm gonna keep it now unless someone offers me something good.

I found one in the j/y right after i had purchased one off of ebay (literaly it came and then the next day i found on). but this was after looking for like, 6 months. perhaps i'll sell one after i get my dx hatch running, but untill then i'm probly not going to incase one of mine is bad. check on ebay tho, they pop up from time to time, just do a general search.

edit: or convert to obd1 and use a much easyer to find obd1 ecu
