Overall the car is ready to go. The tune has the car running awesome, VTEC does its job, the car idles like it's stock, and it really gets up and goes! It's is well balanced suspension and braking wise. The body has a couple minor dings and the paint is fairly new and in pretty good shape. It has a clean title, the car is straight everywhere and has never been wrecked or anything funny like that.
The only bad is that 5th gear grinds sometimes and I’m convinced that it is the shifter cables because when I play with their adjustment I can get it to stop. So I would suggest replacing them down the road.

well majority of the suspension stuff listed by other owners is on there any more and i think it might be a new motor i dont think he would just take the motor out just to paint the block and that clutch and flywheel are different now and as far as i know it doesnt have arp headstuds so im pretty sure the motor was changed
im just saying teh guy is a liar...ask for the motor papers
heres pics of my car you asked for on slomo... you can also see all the info and more pics if you look up my threads on here
