Like the title says, the wheels are white and the slicks are used and measure 24.5X8X13. Ill measure the tread depth tonight but they definately still have some life in them. All you need is a pair of tubes and you are ready for the coming up season. Im not to sure what to ask for them so just throw me some reasonable offers and we'll start from there.
