I Know you guys are going to think this is a stupid qeustion but what kind of mpg do you get out of a stock b16a?

 

The real question to ask is.. how do you drive you car? and what is your MPG? Babying my b16a witch is regular for me.. i get 30-35+, givin'er a bit.. 20~

shouldnt use anything less than premium.......I get 30+ on the highway

 

I have got as much as 37 MPG running on premium ONLY (b16 in a CRX), a 9 gallon tank often gets me 300-340 miles. Avarage is 30-33 assuming all kinds of driving are averaged in and the occasional heavy foot....its why you own or want to own a vtec, economy and performance.

Premium, I find my car runs best on petro/shell gas. On anything else it seems like something is a little off.

 

same here premium only , but i use mobil ....

 

mid to high 30's mostly highway. bolt on b16 with b16 tranny, ls 5th gear. love it! about 340 to a tank if iam easy. crx si.
