Default Front subframe mounts

Hello all,

I had the steering rack replaced by my trusted Honda dealer and after picking up the car the driving quality was way down. Something was rattling over potholes and things did not feel tight.
After crawling underneath I saw that the two rear bolts for the front subframe were not completely threaded in and one could even be turned by hand.

Before I go to the dealer and claim the problem, I have the following questions:

1) Isn't there usually a bushing between the car frame and the subframe?
2) Are the subframe bolts typically removed in order to replace the steering rack?

Right now I feel angry, because my preganant wife drove the car for a week and I can only imagine if the loose bolt fell out.

Thanks!

1. no, there is no bushing between the subframe and frame.
2. no, the subframe doesn't need to be removed or bolts loosened to replace the steering rack.
