If you're buying it as cheap reliable transportation then yes. If you're buying it to flip and make a profit then no.

ya you can strip it and sell it for parts. Whats with the motor tho, i didnt know that any JDM hatches came with SOHC's.

edit: nvm thats the one that comes with the JDM D15B VTEC.

Most JDM hatches came with SOHC D-series engines, you just never hear about them, because quite frankly they just aren't all that exciting. Most of the 6th gens came with the 3 Stage D15B Vtec, others had the OBD2 SOHC non vtec ZC, there are probably others i'm not aware of.

That is not JDM, it is from UK, all cars in UK are RHD, and they come with side markers, sir bumper moldings, mirrors, etc. But the price is really cheap, buy it then part it out to people here in the US.
