4 bolts, two in the front, two in the back ,and possible a clip under the seat you need to disconnect. Not hard at all.

 

actually it's one bolt holding down the bottom part, and 7 to take the rest. take the carpet off from the back of the seats and you'll see 6 10mm bolts near the bottom of the seat and 1 bolt holding the bracket in. after you take the top part off you'll see the one 10mm holding the bottom part of the seat and that's it. good luck.
