Default Maintenance questions for f22 with almost 90k

I recently purchased a 95ex 2door manual accord with 88,700 miles

I need advice on what kind of maintenance I need to perform on the engine?

What should I look for when checking out under the hood?

I have mentioned before that my goal with this car is to be as fast, if not faster than an si with bolt ons (mid to low 15's)

Do you guys feel that its worth it for me to go with bolt ons for the f22 or should I start saving up for an h22?

how much would it cost to go for an h22 versus keeping my f22?

thnx in advance

also do a tuneup, its not difficult to do it yourself if you have to tools, if not goto any mechanic and have them do it, just make sure the space your sparklugs correctly....
