Default water in my headlights. help

so i found out the my driver side headlights were not working. i picked up a new pair of 9006 and 9005 lights today to replace, but when i took out the old bulbs, i saw that they are broken. There is also water in my headlights about half filled and i think this is causing the bulbs to break. How can i fix this problem?
Please help thank you!

i have the same issue (drivers side) i am going to take them out and throw em in a hot oven quick to see if i can get the adheasive to reseal. Dont put em in the oven if you dont know what your doing. Worst comes to worse ill split the housing and put new honda bond in them.
