You should have bought the car and given it to the owner if it was stolen; i'm sure he would repay you the 200$ and would be thankful you bought it before it was stripped or crashed.
Then again this is a double-edged blade type situation. If it was stolen you would have been charged with purchasing and possession of stolen property.

Just follow from a distance and stay on the phone with the cops and walk them in.

Now that car will probably never be seen from again.

Yeah must have been legit... I was gonna sell my CRX with an ITR swap the other day for $300 but couldn't find any buyers in the Best Buy parking lot. Shucks, I guess I'll have to let it go for $150. Jeez grow a pony tail and pull your head out.

just by looking at the picture, it is impossible to tell that some guy was trying to sell that hatch. there was no story attatched to the picture in the original post.

The original story was that someone approached this guy in the parking lot and asked if he needed any parts for his EF. The said something about selling the EF pictured above for like $300-$500, can't remember which it was but yeah super shady deal and an obviously recently stolen car. So dude took a picture of the car on the sly and posted it on here in hopes that the owner would claim it. The guy who offered to sell him the car for that price gave him his phone number. Car had a B motor in it and yeah, totally shady deal and he was trying to help someone out. Not sure why the explanation story disappeared but that was the back story.

You may be right, the guy had someones phone number posted earlier and that's gone now too. HMMMMM if this is fake then this guy is a douche flute fer sher.

 

I removed the phone number and story because I dont want to be hunted down and I dont want a douche bag from here texting the guy and telling him about what im posting.


I have the phone number and im more than willing to give it out if someone needs more info to receive their car back.
