Default Offset?

i'm lookin to get new tires and rim for my car, and i want to know the imformation i need for the correct offset, or at least flush with my fender. I have a civic 2000 sedan, 195/65/R14 stock. thats some information in there if anyone here needed to know it. thanks.

well the lower the offset, the more of a lip/dish you'll have. A lot of wheels come in around +40 offset. I had that on my hatch with rota track r's. They seemed pretty good and thats what most people have. There a tire/wheel section on here i believe that can help a lot
