I was wondering can I fit any other ecu on 7 gen civic to give it more power like a base RSX ECU or anything like that??

try it out start swappin ecus left and right and YOU get back to us....thats about as rediculous as comin in here and askin dumb a$$ questions when there is a perfectly good search button RIGHT UP TOP!

 

plenty ecu's fit. but none of them are going to work. why would you want to change your ecu? if you're looking for performance tunability from an ecu, your only OEM option is a hondata Kpro with their special cam gear.
